Tooth exposure in orthodontics
If a tooth fails to erupt through the gum it may need to be uncovered to help it erupt in.
The laser removes a small area of the soft tissue over the tooth without bleeding. The procedure is painless, requires short time and achieves excellent results. When the tooth is uncovered, a small button attachment is bonded to the surface of the tooth. An elastics is tied to the button to bring the tooth into proper position.
